Are you wanting to jump on the green smoothie band wagon, but don't know where to start?
Have you ever regretted what you ate the day before, and want a healthy way to cleanse your system?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then we have just the recipe for you.
This is our favorite green smoothie recipe, but feel free to have fun with it. Any of these ingredients can be substituted with whatever you desire. Simply follow this basic outline. You will need a blender and an open mind. Drinking your fruits and veggies can be delicious and fun.
What you'll need:
2 cups Spinach
2 cups Water or Almond Milk
1 ripe banana
1 cup frozen mangos
1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder (Optional)
Blending tips:
- Add two cups of greens into a measuring cup and toss into blender.
- Add two cups of water or Almond milk and blend together until all leafy chunks are gone.
- Add one Banana and 1 cup of frozen mangos. -You can use a fresh mango if you would like, we would just suggest steering clear of adding ice.
- Add the protein powder of your choice. -We suggest Favao from Xango.
- Blend until everything is smooth and pour into your favorite glass or blender bottle.
- Enjoy!
