Healthy snack ideas! 


When it comes to snack time we love a good fulfilling snack! Here are some ideas to switch out your store-bought snacks for easy healthy home made snacks! 



Baked apple chips! These are so easy to make! 
- shave your apples
- slice them into thin slices
- soak the slices in a bowl that's mixed with lime juice and water
- place them on baking sheet and bake for 45 min, in 220 DF
- take them out and let them completely cool
- sprinkle with cinnamon (optional)
- Enjoy! 


These are fruit tarts! These taste so yummy and you can choose what fruits you want in each one! 
- Cut dough into an even amount of thin squares 
- slice your favorite fruit and place evenly in the center of a square. You can also add peanut butter, or your favorite marmalade! 
- cover with another dough square slice 
- you can create a topping and place ontop of tart 
- place on baking sheet and place in oven
- bake for 15-18 minutes at 350 DF
