4 Smoothies To Combat Fatigue



There are many options out there to combat fatigue. However, nothing is quite as good for your body than an all-natural smoothie! Try these smoothies for breakfast, lunch, and snacks in between. 





1) Strawberry spinach smoothie
This smoothie offers a nice dose of Vitamin K, potassium, and Vitamin A. Vitamin K helps the clotting factor in our blood. For example, when you cut yourself, the blood forms clots at the cut to prevent you from loosing too much blood. 
Place in blender: 
-1 cup of almond milk
-1 cup of chopped banana 
-1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
-handful of baby spinach leaves
Blend, and enjoy! 




2) Cherry & Coconut smoothie
This smoothie will not only boost your energy, but provide wonderful health benefits too. Cherries provide antioxidants E & C which help support the immune system to fight disease! Lets get our going guys! 
Place in blender: 
-1 cup of frozen cherries
-1.5 cups of coconut water 
-1/4 cup of frozen raspberries 
-1 tbsp of chia seeds
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 
Blend, and enjoy! 




3) Apple & Kiwi smoothie 
This smoothie is a great antioxidant drink that is packed with Vitamin C. Vitamin C helps fights the cold, and flu all year round! 
Place in blender: 
-1 cup of chopped up apple
-1 cup of chopped up kiwi
-1.5 cups of water
Blend, and enjoy! 




4) Peach Smoothie
This smoothie provides a great source of fiber. Fiber is essential for healthy digestion and it also keeps you feeling full longer. 
Place in blender: 
-1 cup of skim milk
-1 cup of fresh peaches 
-1/2 cup of ice (if your peaches aren't frozen)
Blend, and enjoy!
