Get to snacking - guilt free!
Below are some ideas to satisfy those cravings in between meals. Have you ever been hungry after having lunch 2 hours ago? Yeah, us too. It's totally normal for you to have light healthy snacks in between. It actually helps our metabolism stay revved up throughout the day!
First is this amazing chocolate and honey peanut butter banana roll! You can create different variations of this snack if your allergic to peanuts, or if you simply don't like bananas.
Instructions:
- spread peanut butter over whole wheat flat bread
- place sliced bananas evenly over peanut butter
- drizzle honey on top
-sprinkle chocolate bits on top
-roll up & slice into your desired amounts

Second, Toasted avocado & tomato bites!
Instructions:
-toast whole wheat bread
-spread light mayo on toasted bread
-cut slices of tomato & avocado & place on top
-add dressing of your choice and season with salt, pepper, & cilantro.
Enjoy!
Third, Spinach chips! We know that kale chips have been all the rave lately, but give spinach chips a try. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
Instructions:
-pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
-grab 2 handfuls of spinach and rinse with water
-massage olive oil into spinach leaves
-place spinach leaves onto parchment paper (no overlapping)
-sprinkle leaves with italian herb seasoning & a dash of sea salt
-place in oven & bake for 12 minutes.

Lastly, Sweet Potato fries! We love fries. This is a healthy alternative to the fried, high-fat version.
Instructions:
-pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
-cut up 2 sweet potatoes and rinse
-massage olive or coconut oil on to the cut potatoes
-place them on baking sheet
-season with salt, pepper, & garlic powder
-place in oven and bake for 20 min or until a dark golden brown
