Top Spring/Summer Destinations

Spring is here and summer is around the corner, which means you get to look up awesome places to visit and plan a summer or spring vacation! We have put together some must-see destinations and we hope this inspires you to get out and enjoy your surroundings, no matter where you're located!

First up, we have gorgeous San Francisco! This city is located in California and is listed as one of the top destinations to visit in America, according to U.S. News and World Report. We can totally see why. This city offers great tourism sites like the Golden Gate bridge, Alcatraz, China Town and much more!

Second, we have Yellow Stone National Park. Mostly in Wyoming, this park spreads into parts of Montana and Idaho too. Yellowstone features amazing views of the alpine rivers, lush forests, and gushing geysers! They have lodging facilities with over 2000 rooms available. Did we mention you will get a chance to take some of the most beautiful, one-of-a-kind pictures?

If you like visiting ghost towns, then you must visit Bodie State Historic Park in Bodie, California.
This town once had a population of 10,000 in 1880! Mainly occupied by miners that found gold by what is now called, Brodie Bluff. Within a decade, the mines had been largely depleted and the population began a steady decline that ended in total abandonment. The 150 remaining buildings remain much like how the residents left them.

We are always up for a trip to our favorite flea market. They always have an abundance of new, used, and vintage items. You may not always find something that blows you out the water, but you sure will find some good deals! Check out your nearest flea market and make a day of it with some friends.

Summer is a great time to visit all of those museums that you have been dying to visit. Expect more people than usual during the summer, but nonetheless, a fun experience. Whether you like natural history, art, or modern art, there is something for everyone. Research one by you and plan a fun and educational day with family.

Lastly we have the beautiful beaches and lakes. This summer be sure to spend a few hours a week at your favorite beach or lake. Whether you love to go swimming, surfing, paddle boarding, or just like to lay by the water, it's a great way to get some relaxation time to your self.

What are your favorite spring/summer destinations?
