Easy Grilled Salmon Recipe
One of our favorite things to make for dinner is salmon on the grill. Salmon is packed with omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin D, and selenium. These properties have incredible health benefits like ant-inflammatory actions, cancer prevention, healthy cognitive function, eye/skin/hair health, and cardiovascular health. Below is an easy step by step recipe.
You can do try this recipe with skinless salmon or with skin. You will want to season however much salmon you have and place in a zip lock bag to marinate. Sprinkle with garlic, lemon pepper seasoning, and 2 squirts of lemon juice per salmon slice. Place in a zip lock bag and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Grill
Once your salmon is done marinating, you can place lemon slices on top for added flavor, then simply place on foil big enough to cover it entirely. Place on grill and let it sit for about 10 minutes, then turn over and let it sit for another 10 minutes. You can check your salmon every 5 minutes to check the color change. When your salmon is fully cooked, it will look a light pale pink color.
3. Viola!
Once your salmon is fully cooked, remove foil and viola! It's ready to be eaten! You can serve this with sides of your choice. Some of our favorite sides are salad, rice, potatoes, and veggies.
